Processing Your Order

Please allow us to take 10-15 working days to process your order before shipping it. We ship across India. It must as well be noted that we must have your full name, your correct and complete address, email address and telephone number so as to ensure absolute delivery. In case, any of the requisite information is missing, we shall send you an email asking you to confirm or send the details. We take this step only to make sure our customers’ safety is not at stake and to assure them that their money is in safe hands.

Payment Method

We accept the payment through secured payment gateways only. You can pay through PayU. Additionally, you can also request for products via Cash on Delivery (applicable only in Delhi).

Order Status

On your account page, you will be able to track the status of your order. In order to view the status, you would be required to log in to your account. As soon as your order is shipped, you will be notified thorough email and SMS, and the shipping details will follow.

Return of Order

In case, you wish to return your order, you can raise a request for the same by reaching out to us from our Contact page. Your refund will be processed in full if the products received by us are in good condition and in the original packaging. However, this does not include shipping charges, that is, shipping charges are non-refundable. Also, there will be no refund of the shipping cost you bear on your returns.

Note:Products returned must be factory sealed to receive a refund in full.Opened and used products cannot be returned.

It is suggested that you may go through the entire product description before placing an order, so as to avoid any discrepancy and return of order.
